More clouds and below average temperatures today across the area, but there still is a chance for an afternoon pop-up thunderstorm.
High pressure is not moving a whole lot at all which produced very warm temperatures along the east Coast, but it has opened the gates to the Gulf of Mexico here across the southeast.
Rain chances will be isolated as we close out the week and more to a stray shower or storm as we get into the weekend.
