LABOR DAY WEEKEND FORECAST: Hit or miss storm

The forecast is consistent with a few showers and storms each afternoon and becoming less in coverage but still in the forecast through Labor day but not a washout. 

High pressure will build a bit farther south across the region and this will keep a more active pattern from the widely scattered showers and storms hugging the coastal areas of Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana. 

The rest of the weak the sub-tropical air flow becomes more weak and stray, with only a passing shower or two keeping readings closer to average. Average highs this time of year are 90° and overnight lows around 71° . This is considered more seasonal.
