Shower chances will start to increase across the region later this evening through the overnight hours into Monday morning. Get that umbrella out because of few showers will be out across the valley once you wake up.
A cold front will bring showers and thunderstorms to the region on Tuesday. A few thunderstorms especially across Alabama could be severe. There is a marginal risk, which is 1 out of 5 on the severe weather scale.
Once this front moves through, we clear out for some great weather mid-week and for Valentine’s Day.
Clouds build back in late Thursday ahead of another cold front for Friday. This front will bring more cooler and drier air for next weekend.
