Another sub-freezing start to your Tuesday. You’ll have to get out early to get a dose of sunshine because the clouds will be rolling in before you know it. We will be watching a storm system approaching the region Wednesday.
WEDNESDAY WEATHER AWARE: Another strong arctic front will approach the region, especially across Mississippi and western Alabama. The front will trigger a squall line with gusty winds and a few thunderstorms. The main issue will be heavy rain during heavy business travel and that’s why we are mainly WEATHER AWARE. There may be a few storms that will produce damaging wind from Montgomery to Columbus line southward. Breezy, gusty, cold conditions will follow and expect more sunshine.
EXTENDED FORECAST: A few more cold fronts will pass through the region and each one will promise to bring colder air. Winter is here for several more days.
