Clouds will continue to move in with a few peeks of sun, can’t rule out a isolated shower or sprinkle but the bulk of the rain and thunderstorms will remain west of the viewing area. Winds will eventually pick up to 20 mph and this will bump our temperatures up to the low 80s for this afternoon.
A line of rain and storms will begin to move out of central Alabama shortly after dinner time, a few of these storms in our southern counties could bring wind gust of 50 mph. This line will move east during the overnight hours and will exit by Friday morning, a few lingering showers will remain but will exit by the late morning hours. Clouds will begin to break apart and become clear during Friday afternoon, this will set us up for a wonderful weekend.
