The remainder of this weekend will remain cool and damp. A cold upper air disturbance off towards our west behind the cold front, may bring a light wintry mix in the overnight across central Alabama. The surface is pretty dry, so not much of any concern.
A colder drop down into the mid to upper 30s Saturday morning and the afternoon highs will lift back into the upper 50s. Breaks of sunshine will be the only sun for the remainder of this weekend.
Sunday & Monday: The cold front will lift back into the region, with enough moisture and energy to trigger a light sprinkle or two. We will warm back into the 60s and lower 70s by Tuesday.
Tuesday: This cold front (Warm Front will be replaced by this front) and a bit more energy for storms and at this time the set-up needs to be watched. Too early to go with Weather Aware but we need to watch this next storm.
